Home Management and Estate Care in Palm Beach Gardens and Jupiter, FL

Trusted by hundreds of Palm Beach County families
Licensed & Insured25+ Years Combined Experience

Home management is a single point of contact for every service your home needs. Owners of larger properties and estates in Palm Beach Gardens and Jupiter use it instead of coordinating cleaners, pool service, pest, landscaping, and trades themselves.

What is included

  • Scheduled home watch visits with documented reports
  • Vendor coordination: cleaning, pool, landscape, pest, HVAC, and trades
  • Monthly or quarterly budget review and vendor spend summary
  • Project oversight for renovations, installations, and seasonal work
  • Open and close the home for the season
  • Guest and family preparation: fridge stock, linens, welcome setup
  • Emergency response and after-hours contact for the household
  • Insurance documentation support when a claim requires it

How it works

  1. 1

    Full property walk

We walk the entire property with you, document every system, every vendor, and every preference, and build the operating binder we will run from.

  2. 2

    Consolidate the vendor list

If a vendor is working, we keep them. If a vendor is not working, we replace them with someone we trust. You get one call to make, not six.

  3. 3

    Monthly report and review

You get a monthly summary of visits, vendor work, spend, and any decisions that need your attention. Call for anything in between.

  4. 4

    Project and seasonal work

When a renovation, an open-the-house, or a close-for-the-season needs to happen, we scope the work, run the project, and report when it is done.

Who it is for

Home management is for owners of larger homes and estates in northern Palm Beach County who want one call instead of a vendor list. It is also for absentee owners who need someone trusted making decisions on the ground, and for families transitioning an inherited property.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between home watch and home management?

+
Home watch is a scheduled inspection with a report. Home management includes home watch plus vendor coordination, project oversight, budget review, and a single point of contact for the whole property. Home management fits larger properties or owners who want to delegate the full operating load.

What is estate cleaning and when do you need it?

+
Estate cleaning is a deep clean of a larger home or an inherited property, often after a long vacancy or a family transition. It covers every room, inside cabinets and appliances, and interior glass, and is scoped on a walk-through before we quote.

Can you keep our existing vendors?

+
Yes. If your pool service, landscaper, or pest contractor is working, we keep them and coordinate the schedule. If any vendor is a weak point, we tell you and recommend a replacement from our local network.

Do you handle open and close the home for the season?

+
Yes. Open and close is a scheduled package of visits that prepares the home for arrival or shutdown. It is standard practice for seasonal residents in Palm Beach County and we document each step for your records.

Do you work with insurance claims?

+
We document conditions before and after a loss and provide photos and visit logs to your adjuster. We do not negotiate claims. Your public adjuster or carrier handles the claim itself.
